Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an Assistant Manager role at a high-volume fashion retail company.
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach employees.
Compensation:
  • $25-$32 per hour, based on experience.
