Job Summary

Epic Asset Management is seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our premises, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim to maintain a high level of aesthetic appeal.
  • Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms, as well as other work areas, to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors to maintain their appearance and extend their lifespan.
  • Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies to maintain their appearance and extend their lifespan.
  • Dust furniture and equipment to prevent dust buildup and maintain a clean environment.
  • Polish metalwork to maintain its appearance and extend its lifespan.
  • Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork to maintain their appearance and extend their lifespan.
  • Wash windows, door panels, and sills to maintain their appearance and extend their lifespan.
  • Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays, and transport trash and waste to the disposal area.
  • Transport small equipment or tools between departments as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations with other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
  • Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
