Job Description

As a Workforce Reentry Team Leader, you will play a critical role in supporting our participants in achieving their employment goals. You will supervise and train work crews, creating a positive and uplifting work environment that ensures team member safety and provides on-the-job coaching and support.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a non-traditional workspace, are comfortable being outdoors, and have experience teaching, coaching, mentoring, or motivating youth or groups of adults. You will help create greater stability for our participants as they get back on their feet.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train work crews to ensure a positive and productive work environment
  • Provide on-the-job coaching and support to team members
  • Monitor crew members' job performance and productivity, providing feedback and additional training as needed
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
  • Complete daily reporting tasks and special projects as assigned

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to delegate, prioritize, and manage team time effectively
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve success
  • Passion for social justice and commitment to creating a positive and inclusive work environment

The salary range for this position is $ Per Hour.
