About the Role

Premier Nissan of Fremont is a leading automotive dealership seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Financial Transactions: Process cash, check, and credit card payments, as well as balance cash drawers and complete transaction logs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and organized files, logs, and paperwork, and compile reports and documentation as needed.
  • Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, generate service appointments, and conduct phone surveys to assess customer satisfaction.
  • Team Support: Provide support to team members in other departments as needed, and participate in Giving Hope Community Service days.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Ability to present information clearly and professionally, and manage one's own time effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including typing efficiency and knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Possess basic problem-solving skills and be able to multitask.
  • Availability: Available to work weekends.
