Job Description
This Ambulatory LPN role plays a critical part in our primary care services, providing skilled nursing care to patients in various settings. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs, develop individualized plans, and implement evidence-based practices to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions.
* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve treatment goals.
* Implement standardized protocols for infection control, medication management, and emergency procedures.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to process refinement and best-practice adoption.

Requirements
* Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
* Current RN licensure with multistate privileges or ability to practice in Kansas.
* BLS certification required; ACLS may be necessary depending on departmental needs.
* At least one year of experience in a clinic or ambulatory setting, preferably with similar responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive annual salary range: $57,500 - $62,000, based on qualifications and experience.
