About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team and make a real impact. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex medical needs.

You'll work closely with our experienced clinicians to develop individualized treatment plans, leveraging your skills and knowledge to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with complex medical needs
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg)
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
  • SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE PRE-EMPLOYMENT COLOR BLIND TEST REQUIRED
