We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to provide exceptional care to residents in our skilled nursing facility.

About the Role:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign checks.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $38.25, with opportunities for scheduled raises and bonuses for working weekends and holidays.

Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including no-cost health insurance, a generous paid time off package, shift differentials, and a union pension plan.

Qualifications:

  • State of Connecticut nursing license, required
  • Proficiency in English, required
  • Previous LPN experience is preferred, but not required
  • COVID-19 Primary Series vaccination required. Booster shots are not required Religious and Medical Exemptions are available
