We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at Optum in Meriden, Connecticut. As a member of our primary care team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside talented peers in a collaborative environment that is guided by diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a patient-centered environment
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Educate patients and families on health and wellness topics
Requirements:
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of Connecticut or ability to obtain prior to start
- Board certification in Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $249,728 to $355,092 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, continuing education opportunities, and loan repayment support.
