Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a patient-centered environment
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Educate patients and families on health and wellness topics

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted licensure in the state of Connecticut or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Board certification in Family Medicine
  • Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $249,728 to $355,092 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, continuing education opportunities, and loan repayment support.
