We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team at LHH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation with 5+ years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Support attorneys in all aspects of litigation matters, including research, document preparation, and case management.
- Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant case information to inform litigation strategies.
- Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
- Coordinate and manage document production and discovery processes to ensure timely and accurate results.
- Prepare for trials and hearings by organizing exhibits, witnesses, and other critical materials.
- Maintain and update case files and databases to ensure accurate and efficient case management.
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management and communication with clients and colleagues.
- 5+ years of experience in litigation, with a strong emphasis on civil litigation.
- Possession of a Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and corporate law principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and case management.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
