Job Title: Litigation Paralegal Specialist

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an experienced Paralegal to work in a litigation support role. This direct hire position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement savings plan with employer profit sharing contributions.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread various documents, including correspondence, agreements, and pleadings.
  • Work with attorneys to advance litigation in each case, including updating team members on case status and alerting attorneys to important client and case needs.
  • Assist attorneys with discovery, including discovery requests, depositions, and issuing subpoenas.
  • Assist with document review and analysis through various platforms.
  • Manage electronic case files using a document management system to ensure information is organized and easy to locate.
  • Prepare for trial, including compiling trial materials, coordinating witnesses, preparing and issuing trial subpoenas, preparing and managing exhibits, and attending trial.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of litigation law firm experience, with defense experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel nationwide to attend trial.
  • Familiarity with and ability to follow client billing guidelines, enter and record accurate billing entries.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Able to anticipate challenges and exercise independent judgment to make sound decisions and take effective action.
  • Capable of lifting 30 lbs. (files and boxes).

This position is hybrid, allowing for a balance of work-from-home and in-office workdays.
