Director of Clinical Services and Family Support

This part-time role is a vital part of our team, providing 1:1 teleconsultation services to two distinct groups: parents and caregivers of children with learning and behavioral needs, and neurodivergent professionals and their managers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct 1:1 teleconsultation services, focusing on ongoing consultations and regular follow-ups with clients.
- Provide guidance on behavior analytic tips, strategies for daily living, navigating diagnoses, and building executive functioning skills in the workplace.
- Master's Degree or above.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Bilingual in Hindi or similar languages (Urdu, Punjabi).
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities using ABA principles, with additional experience in learning disabilities, counseling, and supporting adults in the workplace being a plus.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
