This exempt position offers a full-time schedule with opportunities for professional growth and development. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a clinical field and two years of post-graduate experience providing direct service to children, adults, and families.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Treatment Planning: Develop, coordinate, and facilitate therapy treatment planning to meet client needs.
  • Case Management: Assess client needs, develop short-term and long-term goals, and coordinate services.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in on-call rotation, refer clients to community resources, and advocate for client needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to establish professional relationships, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and electronic health records.
