Job Description

As an Outside Sales Marketing Consultant with Welcome Wagon, you will work independently as a commission-only contractor selling consultative advertising programs to local small businesses within your assigned territory. Your flexible schedule will allow you to work from home and out in the field, identifying potential clients through various sources such as cold calls, emails, networking, or door-pulling.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through different sources.
  • Sales Consultations: Align value propositions with customer pain points.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong connections with local businesses.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about local trends and competition.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain accurate sales activity records.

Our ideal candidate has prior experience in selling to small businesses or a related field. If you have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and are able to function well in fast-paced environments, we encourage you to apply.
