Program Coordinator

This Administrative Operations Specialist will work collaboratively on a variety of projects in a blended position supporting both the Research Training and Education (RTE) team and the COBRE in Metabolic Networks at the MaineHealth Institute for Research.
Primary responsibilities will be to coordinate administrative operations of the RTE division and the Metabolic COBRE. This includes scheduling and calendar management, data entry and reporting, event and meeting planning, communicating with internal and external partners, and contributing to financial management, among other duties.
This position has the option to be 100% in person at our facility or a hybrid of remote and in person.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: One year of experience in healthcare or related work experience required. Some roles may require experience in a specific program area.
- Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Strong computer skills.
