Job Summary

ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is seeking a highly skilled Medical Front Desk professional to join our dynamic team. As a Medical Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Superior Customer Service: Greet patients with a smile, answer phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Patient Flow: Coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes, obtain necessary information, and ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Process Payments and Insurance: Handle patient payments, verify insurance information, and schedule appointments as needed.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Update patient records, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Communicate Effectively: Respond to patient inquiries, provide clear instructions, and maintain open communication with patients and staff.
Requirements
  • 1+ Year of Medical Office Experience: Proven track record of providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a medical office setting.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and physicians in a professional manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in medical software, including electronic health records (EHRs), and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Bi-lingual a Plus: Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff who speak multiple languages.
