As a key member of our team, the International Tax Manager will play a critical role in shaping our company's tax strategy and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of the company's U.S. federal income tax returns, estimates, and extensions, as well as oversee the international subsidiaries' tax compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of income tax accounting under ASC 740 for U.S. and international operations, including 10K and 10Q schedules and disclosures.
  • Manage U.S. transfer pricing processes and documentation, as well as ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement tax planning opportunities, and manage tax projects performed by outside consultants.
  • Conduct technical research and documentation as needed, and design and direct the work of the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Five years of experience in corporate tax or public accounting, with a focus on international tax matters.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence others without direct authority.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
  • Technical knowledge of corporate federal income tax and multi-state income/franchise tax, with proficiency in CCH or other tax research tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Taxation or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • Previous experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems, as well as experience in manufacturing environments.
