Job Summary:

As a Behavioral Medicine Coordinator at Mercy Health System, you will play a vital role in teaching and enhancing resident interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills. You will work closely with residents to assess and treat patient psychiatric and substance disorders, as well as psychosocial problems. Your support and guidance will foster resident personal and professional growth, while also serving a range of administrative functions for the Residency program.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and treating patient psychiatric and substance disorders, as well as psychosocial problems.
  • Providing support to residents and fostering resident personal and professional growth.
  • Serving a range of administrative functions for the Residency program.
