Your Mission:
You'll partner with our Customer Success Managers and Account Executives in complex engagements to deliver technical solutions that meet clients' unique needs. Your mission is to understand our clients' requirements and technical challenges, designing and implementing solutions that leverage our platform's full potential to enable them to achieve their localization goals.
Outcomes:
- You'll become familiar with our product and capabilities within the first three months, delivering technical demos, preparing responses to technical questions, RFIs, and RFPs, and providing localization and technical support for the sales team.
- You'll work with our sales teams to engineer value for our customers, identifying pain points that can be solved through our technology and best localization processes.
- You'll support technical sales processes, helping close deals by providing quotes and proofs of value (POVs) sometimes outside the product's current capabilities.
- You'll work with clients to produce SOWs and ensure the best client onboarding.
- You'll provide regular feedback to our product teams on clients' needs and opportunities for innovation.
Requirements:
- Strong technical presales experience in a SaaS environment.
- Advanced technical skills, including troubleshooting complex technical problems and designing custom solutions.
- A background in localization, with a deep understanding of localization workflows and processes, knowledge of localization engineering, and experience with localization tools, formats, and best practices.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and analyze technical challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, including conveying technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and effectively persuade stakeholders.
- Excellent teamworking skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
