Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Trinity Solar Careers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences from project inception to completion. This involves providing professional and courteous communication with customers and across departments, ensuring that deadlines are met, and customers are satisfied with our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong, positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Regularly monitor active projects for accuracy and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Utilize organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and adjust daily schedules as needed.
  • Coordinate efforts with customers and sales representatives to obtain necessary documentation for solar projects.

Requirements
  • Strong communication skills, including proficiency in call management systems, text messaging, and email.
  • Ability to mitigate customer concerns and arrive at positive outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, and Document Management, with SalesForce.com experience preferred.
  • Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision-making and problem-solving, team player, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment is preferred.
