Overview:
PSC Group is seeking a dedicated Logistics Customer Support Specialist to enhance our Sustainability Logistics operations. This role is essential in advocating for our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and addressing any concerns that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all customer orders efficiently.
- Generate documentation related to client shipments.
- Collaborate with the Shipping & Receiving team on daily logistics.
- Ensure all shipments and outstanding issues are reconciled by the end of each business day.
- Cross-train within the department to maintain seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate customer profiles in our management system.
- Report discrepancies in inventory or orders to the relevant team members.
- Take initiative in resolving customer issues and follow through until resolution.
- Conduct investigations and develop corrective action plans for any discrepancies.
- Facilitate warehouse transfers as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall operations.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience of two years in a customer service role within a logistics environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Demonstrated stable work history with positive references.
- Ability to pass a drug screening, physical examination, and background check.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Veteran status is a plus, as we value military experience and adherence to procedures.
