We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work directly with the manager and owners to provide a unique experience to our customers and staff. You will be responsible for leading the store and staff, upholding our purpose statement and values, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Leadership**: Uphold and exemplify our purpose statement and values, and lead by example.
  • **Sales Growth**: Increase sales through customer satisfaction and effective sales strategies.
  • **Operations**: Enforce systems set in place, monitor and enforce all details, and ensure organization.
  • **Staff Development**: Identify and correct wasteful practices, treat all employees fairly, firmly, and friendly, and be a moral leader for your staff.
  • **Training**: Train all staff and assist them when needed.
  • **Discipline**: Maintain and enforce all discipline, and have a plan B, C, and D in place.
  • **Safety**: Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
  • **Quality**: Have uncompromising value for quality and maintain good appearance of staff and building.
  • **Dependability**: Be dependable and do what you are supposed to do when you are supposed to do it.

**Requirements**

We are looking for an ideal candidate who possesses a genuine desire to serve others, excellent people skills, problem-solving skills, high standards, a strong work ethic, and a continuous drive to improve. Prior restaurant experience is required, preferably in a high-volume, full-service environment.
