Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with design engineers to establish production requirements and develop manufacturing plans
  • Design and implement tools and fixtures to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality
  • Analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing discrepancies and implement corrective actions
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement manufacturing feedback and improve processes
  • Develop and maintain production travelers and documentation
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and other manufacturing software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
