The Store Lead plays a pivotal role in assisting the Store Leadership Team by managing cash operations, executing opening and closing protocols, and serving as the Leader on Duty (LOD). This position embodies the brand's values, engages with customers, upholds store standards, and promotes teamwork and employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate talent development through associate training, including real-time coaching.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to address performance issues among team members.
  • Engage in all company training and development programs.
  • Encourage a positive workplace atmosphere and provide timely, constructive feedback.
  • Evaluate performance regularly and during annual reviews.
  • Inspire associates to foster brand loyalty and create a welcoming store environment for customers.
  • Exemplify and promote outstanding customer service practices on the sales floor while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Represent the company positively and professionally.
  • Assist management in optimizing productivity through operational knowledge and customer service.
  • Participate in the Leader on Duty (LOD) program to enhance customer shopping experiences and drive store profitability.
  • Oversee weekly payroll processing.
  • Adjust schedules according to business needs.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom, adhering to established policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of retail experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
