Additional Duties:
  • Assist in scheduling, performance evaluations, and overall management of personnel.
  • Facilitate open communication between management and staff.
  • Administer disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Equip staff with the necessary tools and resources for their roles.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise within the beverage service area.
  • Participate actively in team meetings.

Contribute to the establishment of goals and standards that enhance the organization's reputation and profitability.


Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.


Financial Management:

Manage the approved budget while adhering to established guidelines regarding costs, expenses, sales, and profits within the beverage department.


Develop and maintain procedures to ensure consistency in service and product quality.


Keep accurate records of usage, daily menus, checklists, and recipes.


Ensure the availability and maintenance of necessary service equipment.


Uphold standards for storage, rotation, production, quality, and presentation at all times.


Follow and enforce cleaning schedules consistently.


Employee Relations:

Foster a positive work environment by adhering to Human Resource policies, conducting timely reviews, and managing recruitment and disciplinary actions.


Exemplify professionalism and high standards of conduct within the organization.


Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety and security protocols.


Compensation:
Annual Salary - $65,000-$70,000
