Role Overview:

This position involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the department, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Manage calendars and appointments, addressing scheduling conflicts and liaising with participants.
  2. Organize travel logistics, process expense reimbursements, and prepare meeting agendas for the Vice President and team.
  3. Reconcile purchasing card transactions for the Vice President and team members.
  4. Demonstrate exceptional communication abilities.
  5. Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Familiarity with Outlook email and calendar functionalities.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

Job Duties:
