Job Summary:

The Office Assistant plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting daily office operations at JobRialto. This dynamic individual will possess experience in an office environment and exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Efficiently route incoming mail, both physically and electronically.
  • Offer reception support during breaks, lunches, and vacations.
  • Manage calls via Zoom and route them appropriately.
  • Communicate professionally using Outlook and Zoom chat.
  • Assist in the processing of outbound US Mail and FedEx shipments.
  • Handle printing and audio/visual conference setups.
  • Maintain inventory and replenish supplies in the breakroom and stockroom.
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in an office environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Outlook and Zoom.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with audio/visual equipment and conference setups.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and supply replenishment.
