Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize Oracle databases on Linux, Unix, and Windows platforms
  • Configure and administer Oracle Exadata machines
  • Plan and execute database migrations to Exadata
  • Develop and implement database tuning and optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize database queries and performance
  • Implement and manage database security and access controls
  • Develop and maintain database documentation and standards
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience working as an Oracle Database Administrator
  • Experience working with Oracle Exadata and Cloud environments
  • Experience with Oracle Database 19c and multitenant concepts (CDBs and PDBs)
  • Experience with Oracle OEM Cloud Control and ZDLRA
  • Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and database functions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Experience with database security and access controls
  • Experience with database tuning and optimization tools
