Key Responsibilities
  • Manage database performance, capacity, and space management
  • Identify and resolve database-related issues, determining root cause
  • Coordinate patching cycles with application teams and business partners
  • Participate in projects as a team member
  • Enforce database security policies and change management procedures
  • Automate repetitive tasks

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in an IT-related field or equivalent business and technical experience
  • Multi-tenant architecture experience
  • At least 8 years of Oracle database administration experience
  • Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) expertise
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS, Oracle, etc.)
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong desire for continuous learning
