Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Medical Oncology team at eTeam Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our oncology services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with various types of cancer, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting tele monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in the education and training of new staff members and students to ensure continuity of care and high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility guidelines.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure and at least 2+ years of experience in a medical oncology setting.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of telemetry skills, EKG experience, and wound care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with tele monitoring and cardiac medications.
  • Knowledge of ABX and narcotics administration.
