Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Matrix Providers. As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist providers with patient preparation for examination and minor office procedures.
  • Perform selected patient and laboratory testing, including electrocardiography, pulmonary function tests, and vision acuity testing.
  • Under onsite provider supervision, perform phlebotomy, pulmonary function tests, ankle brachial index, and electrocardiograms.
  • Provide escorting/chaperoning for patients and support other members of the clinical care team.
  • Provide clerical support and serve as backup for the Administrative Assistant or other team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Certification: Active and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • High School Diploma or GED Required.
