Job Title: Medical Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating patient flow, preparing patients for exams, and assisting clinicians with patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for exams and procedures, ensuring they are comfortable and informed.
  • Interview patients, take vital signs, and record information in their medical records.
  • Assist clinicians with patient care, including medication review and reconciliation.
  • Provide patient education and support, including distributing informational pamphlets and after-care instructions.
  • Coordinate patient flow, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in customer service or reception, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Spanish speaking is required, and knowledge of E-Clinical Works is a plus.
  • MA certification and FA/CPR preferred.
