As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for evaluating the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents, reviewing care plans, and documenting resident medical records.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents and review care plans to ensure they are followed.
- Supervise care provided by nursing assistants and provide intervention, education, and assignment adjustments as needed.
- Prepare and administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Consult with physicians to ensure accurate and effective care.
- Receive and record orders as required.
- Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Current/active CPR certification preferred.
