Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Home Health Care 2000. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record accurate patient medical histories
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse or doctor
- Assist patients with daily activities such as eating, bathing, and dressing
- Administer medications and perform other basic medical care tasks as assigned
- Collect and process lab samples as required
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Current LPN license and certification
- 1 year of experience in home health or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
