The City of New York is seeking a highly skilled IT Budget Project Manager to oversee the $134 million annual Administrative Expense budget and $362 million Four-Year Capital budget for Information Technology Services (ITS).

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating ITS's ongoing fiscal requests and proposals, formulating appropriate recommendations, and ensuring all budgetary functions and processes meet the budgetary and fiscal requirements of the City, State, and Federal governments.

The IT Budget Project Manager will serve as a liaison to the Mayor's Office of Management & Budget (OMB), the Comptroller's Office, City Council, and other oversight agencies on all budgetary matters for ITS.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business, or public administration, and two years of satisfactory full-time professional experience in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, or fiscal or economic research.
