Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our airport team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all passengers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process tickets and check baggage for size and quantity
  • Provide information on arrival and departure times, boarding procedures, and seat assignments
  • Handle denied boarding situations and re-accommodate customers as needed
  • Ensure compliance with FAA, Allegiant Air, and airport regulations
  • Enforce safety/security measures and monitor sensitive safety zones
  • Assist customers with special needs and complete required reports
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this role include standing, sitting, talking, hearing, seeing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and using hands and fingers to operate various types of tools and equipment. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 300 lbs. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role.
