About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Compliance Officer to join our team at KLA Corporation. As a key member of our Ethics & Legal Compliance team, you will be responsible for overseeing our worldwide antitrust compliance program, assisting with cybersecurity and information governance legal compliance issues, and managing our legal risk assessment and compliance effectiveness program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our global antitrust compliance program.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address cybersecurity and information governance legal compliance issues.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance program evaluations to ensure effectiveness.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage internal investigations and provide guidance on compliance matters.
Requirements
  • Qualified attorney licensed to practice law in the United States, preferably in Michigan and/or California.
  • At least 8 years of experience as a compliance professional at a U.S. multinational company or similar experience at a top law firm.
  • Expert antitrust compliance counseling experience and knowledge of international antitrust laws.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. Federal Sentencing Guidelines and effective corporate compliance programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise independent judgment.
