About the Role:

The Clinical Business Leader is responsible for overseeing the performance and development of a clinical team, including registered nurses, LPNs, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, physical therapist assistants, and certified occupational therapist assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the coordination of patients' care plans by Team Supervisors as required by the Conditions of Participation.
  • Ensuring the team is functioning efficiently by evaluating use of resources and streamlining processes that are in line with the vision of RRH Home Care.
  • Making decisions that support the health system's mission and goals.
  • Creating an environment that encourages teamwork, positive attitudes, and high morale.

Requirements:

  • AAS in nursing with at least 2 years of Community Health Nursing experience; BSN preferred.
  • Or Bachelor's degree from an accredited school in Social Work.
  • Or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Or Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy, Master's preferred.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Valid NYS license in either Nursing, Social Work, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy.
  • Valid NYS Driver's license.

Physical Requirements:

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

Pay Range:

$63,000.00 - $105,000.00
