The successful candidate will be responsible for completing assignments in connection with commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects, including analyzing complex highest and best use scenarios, estimation of cash flows utilizing discounted cash flow models, and analyses of comparable sales and cost analyses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with experienced team members to complete assignments with minimal oversight
  • Complete an entire report, cover to cover
  • Personally inspect most assignments and assist other team members on inspections
  • Coach analysts and senior analysts
Requirements
  • State certified general appraiser license
  • Maintain state licensing for geographic focus area as decided with your manager
  • Sign reports
