Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a Clinical Associate Professor or Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgical Sciences at the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine. The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of the clinical training of students and will have a strong commitment to developing an academic program that includes Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging.

Responsibilities
  • Didactic, laboratory, and clinical teaching of veterinary medical students
  • Participation in patient care through diagnostic imaging using a variety of modalities
  • Supervision of residents and continuing education of veterinarians
  • Research and service activities
Requirements
  • Terminal degree (DVM or equivalent)
  • Completion of residency training in Radiology/Diagnostic Imaging
  • Board certification or eligibility in the American College of Veterinary Radiology or European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging
  • Wisconsin Veterinary License
