- Assist in receiving shipments, putting away new merchandise, and maintaining a clean and neat store.
- Attend Bridal shows in the market when needed and participate in other sales and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all aspects of tuxedo rental operations and maintain a high level of knowledge about merchandise and selling information.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
