Aircraft Crew Chief

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Crew Chief to join our team at Dassault Aviation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of aircraft maintenance tasks and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and airworthiness.
Key Responsibilities- Lead teams to efficiently execute aircraft maintenance tasks and communicate with customers and other stakeholders.
- Assign maintenance technicians and Quality Control Inspector personnel to perform tasks required by the work scope and monitor performance to plan.
- Oversee daily activities of assigned work crews and take necessary action to ensure that all work is completed within schedule and estimated labor and material costs.
- Drive the team for maximum efficiency and effective use of available resources, including assignment of overtime as required and authorized.
- Ensure the use of applicable technical data, including manufacturer's maintenance manuals, and ensure that personnel assigned to perform tasks are qualified to perform the task and identify training requirements.
- Monitor all work performed by the crew to ensure that all work accomplished meets quality standards and is airworthy.
- Ensure that aircraft maintenance paperwork and forms are completed in accordance with methods of execution outlined in the RSM/QCM.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Possess FAA Mechanic's Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant rating.
- Minimum fifteen (15) years' experience with Falcon models.
- Must have or be able to obtain within 6 months APU & Engine Run certification qualified on at least (1) Falcon aircraft model.
- Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in an aviation maintenance environment.
- Ability to lead and motivate subordinates.
- Proven leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Be thoroughly familiar with the Quality Control systems and procedures of the Repair Station / Quality Control Manual relative to the scope of their normally assigned duties.
- Possess a working knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations and in particular, CFR parts 43, 91 and 145; and 135 as required.
- Possess working knowledge of aircraft factory modifications, service bulletins, inspection program requirements, vendor information and all other procedures, publications and general information pertaining to aircraft.
- Strong computer skills including Word processing, Excel spreadsheets and project management applications.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- FAA Inspection Authorization.
- Associate degree in an Aviation field.
