Behavioral Therapist Position in Autism Support Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our Autism and Neurodevelopmental Support Services (ANDSS) Program at Health Connect America, INC.
Job SummaryThe RBT will provide direct behavior support services to individuals and their families, adhering to the supervision of certified professionals. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering behavior support and teaching adaptive behaviors to families to prevent complex care needs
- Documenting all services according to governing body standards
- Maintaining complete and timely client records
- Attending treatment team and staff meetings consistently
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Current RBT certification with the BACB
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
We offer an attractive compensation package that includes an estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary insurance products, as well as access to a comprehensive benefits package.
