Responsibilities

  • Perform assessments, facilitate group sessions, and provide individual, family, and weekly programs using industry recognized therapeutic modalities and interventions.
  • Complete all required paperwork per established timelines to ensure successful billing of services.
  • Develop and implement psychoeducational programming, including didactic, audio visual, and other formats of teaching.
  • Participate in the clinical group process portion of the program and perform individual and family sessions as needed.
  • Maintain expected census in each group session and present cases at the weekly treatment team meeting.
  • Assist with business development and marketing functions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or on track for LADAC with a Bachelor's degree in human services discipline.
  • 2+ years' experience working in addictive/co-occurring disorders or 3 years' experience in addictive/co-occurring disorders and active in the process for licensure as an alcohol and drug abuse counselor.
