Job Description:

The Biological Specimen Processing Specialist will be responsible for performing various tasks related to specimen processing, including receiving, sorting, and delivering specimens to the laboratory. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to learn and understand specimen types, and possess good communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, medical technology).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a production environment.
  • Basic understanding of computers and data entry software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, stand, and move for long periods.
