Job Title: Specimen Collection Technician

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Specimen Collection Technician to join our team at Randstad Life Sciences. As a key member of our laboratory support staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient processing and delivery of specimens to our laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and process incoming specimens with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S principles and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet production standards and quality control expectations.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous laboratory experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of laboratory testing processes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver large carts and/or racks with specimens.
