Lead Human Resources Strategist

Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of HR specialists to align with organizational goals
- Build strategic partnerships with business stakeholders
- Promote employee satisfaction and constructive workplace relations
- Design and enforce HR guidelines
- Mentor and cultivate leadership within the company
- Deliver presentations on HR matters to the workforce
- Work alongside leadership groups to synchronize objectives
- Champion employee engagement initiatives
- Develop innovative HR strategies and workflows
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in human resources
- Background in manufacturing or similar industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience in international business environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
