We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Officer to join our team at State Street Corporation. As a key member of our Global Technology Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure efficient and effective product testing.
  • Identify and report risks to project schedule and product quality, proposing new methods to control and/or mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create business requirements and functional specifications documents.
  • Execute software testing, including functional testing, system testing, regression testing, and performance testing.
  • Document software defects in an issue tracking system and communicate issues with developers and project team members.
  • Participate in business requirements and functional specifications reviews early in the software development life cycle process.
  • Generate effective status and progress reports to the QA Manager and project team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of test automation experience with strong Java/Python & SQL skills.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipeline and public Cloud environments like Azure/AWS/Snowflake.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate business requirements to technical testing solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
