About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Multimedia Account Manager to join our team at Forum Communications Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand our client base
  • Prospect and acquire new business, preparing and delivering customized proposals and presentations to clients
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with existing clients, analyzing their business needs and providing solutions to drive growth and retention
  • Examine current clients for unmet needs and present recommended solutions to drive revenue growth
  • Complete thorough needs analysis for every client to make a clear connection between our products and services and the return on investment
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with our creative department to facilitate effective campaigns
  • Share knowledge, experience, and information to optimize overall team sales strategies and team effectiveness
Key Success Factors
  • Strategy Deployment: Creates and develops unique strategies for prospecting and managing campaigns
  • Research and Retention: Demonstrates an ability to research new industries and markets and apply findings to campaigns
  • Relationship Building: Maintains relationships with both clients and prospects to strengthen and grow the book of business
  • Setting Aim: Manages company and personal goals to generate revenue
  • Self-Development: Adapts to a changing environment with new and different projects and campaigns, pushing oneself to rise to the challenge
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience in sales and marketing
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Acceptable level of vehicle insurance
