We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our Medical Oncology team. As a Registered Nurse in our department, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented and compassionate team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care to patients undergoing various treatments, including chemotherapy and biotherapy administration.


**Salary Range**

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to over $120,000 per year, commensurate with your education and experience. In addition to your salary, you will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, holiday, vacation, and sick leave, education discount for staff and dependents, retirement plan with up to 10% matching contribution, basic life insurance, and career training opportunities.


**Responsibilities and Requirements**

As a Registered Nurse in our department, you will be responsible for collecting and documenting patient assessment data, developing and implementing individualized plans of care for patients, administering medications and providing education to patients and their families, and working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care. To be successful in this role, you must have a graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited program, a valid RN license in the state of Arkansas, at least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an acute care setting, excellent communication and critical thinking skills, and the ability to lift or move patients weighing up to 100 pounds.
