Key Responsibilities:
As a Patient Care Assistant (PCA), you will deliver personalized healthcare services to residents under the supervision of our nursing team.

Your role will involve ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents by performing tasks such as:
Assisting residents with mobility in and out of beds, chairs, and bathing facilities.
Supporting residents with personal hygiene, nutrition, linen changes, and incontinence care.

Monitoring and documenting residents' conditions, including food and fluid intake, vital signs, and daily activities, while promptly reporting any changes to the nursing staff. Completing necessary documentation accurately and thoroughly. Participating in and assisting with recreational and therapeutic activities for residents.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED is required.
Current State-Certified Nursing Assistant certification is mandatory.
This position requires frequent lifting of objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
